We’re so glad you’re here. You’ll be joining the Florida Christian family at one of the most thrilling times in our history. You’ll study among students who are engaged in and out of the classroom in ways that will change the world for Christ. Each day, Patriots are challenged in their faith, growing in character, and redefining success — in the classroom, in the community, and among their peers. We can’t wait for you to join them.

ALL NEW STUDENTS
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR NEW FAMILIES
DUE June 30, 2022 via email to anamaria.ardois@floridachristian.org. Please do not drop them off at the main office.1) Health FormsThe Florida Department of Health requires that all newly enrolled students submit valid and current health forms to attend a new school.
- DH 680 (Florida Certification of Immunization)

2) Copy of the student’s Social Security Card
3) Final Grades/Transcripts
Transcripts can only be received in the following way:
- Emailed directly from the school’s official email address as a PDF document to Anamaria.ardois@floridachristian.org
- A sealed envelope with official transcripts dropped off in our main office addressed to Ana Maria Ardois
4) High School Students: Record of community service hours and any dual enrollment records.
5) If you have any award letters, please email them directly to the finance office at estherr@floridachristian.org.
RENWEB & TECHNOLOGY
RenWeb/FACTS is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You can see your child’s class schedules, grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information.

UNIFORMS
We believe a high standard of dress encourages greater respect for individuals, students and others, and results in a higher standard of behavior. That’s why we strive to hold true to our uniform guidelines, indicating appropriate school dress during normal school days for every student. Florida Christian School has hired Miami Prime Catering for all of our lunch preparations. More information on how to set up your lunch account, menus, and more will be provided soon.

PRESCHOOL & ELEMENTARY
COURSE SELECTION & CLASS ASSIGNMENTS
5th Grade
5th Grade students will be able to choose from 3 available elective options: Art, Band, & Robotics!
- You, along with your child, will need to select a first and second choice option via the selection form emailed by Mrs. Christina Blanco. If you have not completed the selection form, please note that Art and Robotics are currently full. Students will be placed in our Band program. Electives are on a first come first serve basis.
- Elective classes are held each school day (5 days a week) for 45-50 minutes each session.
- PLEASE NOTE: New incoming students selecting Art as their first choice elective will need to send a digital portfolio of the students’ art work via email to Mrs. Blanco, the Elementary Principal, at c.blanco@floridachristian.org
- Students will be notified during the summer prior to the start of school of their designated elective class.
You will also receive your class placement over the summer. If you have any questions on 5th grade electives, please email Mrs. Blanco.

All incoming 6th-12th grade students now have the opportunity to select their Patriot Pathways (HS) and elective courses (MS) for the 2022-2023 school year.
On the page below, you’ll find everything you need to explore possible course options and selection forms. The general sessions given by our high school and middle school principals will help you discover the new academic opportunities for the coming school year and how to select your courses.

PHYSICAL FORM - ALL ATHLETES
All students playing a sport at Florida Christian School are required to turn in their physical form to our Athletic Director or front office.

UHealth Sports Medicine will be on campus to provide free athletic physicals. All FCS student-athletes entering 6th-12th grade are invited to come out and complete the required physical before school starts!
*Please print the EL-2 form and bring it with you to the physical exam. Page 1 should be filled out before coming to complete your physical.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES
SAVE THE DATE: WELCOME PATRIOTS DAY
All students and families are invited to Welcome Patriots Day on Friday, August 12th! We can’t wait to welcome you back on campus for an exciting school year. During these sessions, classrooms will be open for you and your student(s) to walk their schedule, meet teachers, attend the activities fair, and more. You will also be able to reserve a locker if your student needs one. You will receive an email as the date approaches with more details.
PRESCHOOL PALS SUMMER CAMP
Looking for a fun, safe, and educational summer opportunity for your preschooler? During camp, students will participate in outdoor sensory play, hands-on STEAM activities, water days, themed parties, music & movement, in-house field trips, arts & crafts, and daily worship & Bible lessons.
CAMP CHANGE THE WORLD FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS
We’re partnering with @choosebooster to bring Camp Change the World to Florida Christian School this summer, because your campers will learn a new virtue each week at camp.
