According to the CDC, suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death in young people, ages 15 – 24. These stats are alarming, and it is very important to stay informed as parents and a community. As the world brings awareness to this topic on October 10th for #WorldMentalHealthDay, Florida Christian School has partnered with Wellspring Counseling to bring important education on this matter.
In this video, we inform parents with statistics, warning signs, and most importantly with the hope that suicide can be preventable.
