Prerequisites
- 5 years of related experience in specified area
- Educational Leadership: Masters degree required
Candidate Selection Process
- Official Application
- Formal Resume
- One page testimony on your ministry calling to leadership
- Two (2) peer letters of recommendation
- Panel Interview
Only 2 candidates will be selected for each cohort out of the pool of applicants.
Commitment
- Ten (10) non-consecutive days of field experience that will be conducted in the summer, fall, and spring
- Three (3) Saturday training sessions (4-6 hours each)
- One (1) after school training session per month
- Applicable assignments related to cohort
