FCS Student Email Login Instructions

Florida Christian School (FCS) is pleased to offer Microsoft 365 email access to students in grades 2K through 12. You will receive an email on how to access your student FCS email address directly from our IT department. Please follow directions below to claim your student’s email account once received.

Please provide the following information to each student for initial login (if you are the parent of a student under the age of 13, please complete the following steps yourself):

STEP 1. Go to https://office.com to register the student’s email – click sign-in.

Login Credentials: 

STEP 2. FCS Parent Consent. Click on the arrow to expand, scroll to read, and then click “Accept”.

STEP 3. Complete registration by following the instructions. Provide the student’s cell phone (or parent cell phone if you are the parent of a student under the age of 13) to receive an access code. This cell phone will be used for password recovery.

STEP 4. Sign out everywhere, then open a new tab and go to https://office.com and sign on to your new Microsoft Student Email account. If you have additional students: once you sign out everywhere, go back to office.com and repeat STEPS 1 to 4 for each additional student.   

Don’t forget to bookmark the page and save the password!  

Once the student logs in, he/she can find icons that link to educational sites and resources like Microsoft Teams.

Please Note: Instructions on student Wi-Fi access will be sent before the first day of school.

RenWeb Login Instructions

Below, please find the instructions to create an account using the Renweb/FACTS system. This will give you access to schedules, reports cards, and other pertinent school information. Please note: Our IT department will create your student’s username and password and email it to you directly. You can always follow the steps below to access the information on your student’s account.

  1. Please go to the RenWeb/FACTS parent login page: https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx
  2. Please click on “Create New Family Portal Account”
  3. Next type FCS-FL for the district code, and then type the email you have on file for the school as your email address.
  4. You will then receive an email with final instructions for creating your account.
  5. Click on the link in the email.
  6. You will be redirected to a webpage that allows you to create your new RenWeb/FACTS username and password. Please remember to hit the save button upon completion.

You can now log into ParentsWeb using your new Username and Password via:  https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx

Student Laptop Recommendations

Florida Christian School provides the following information to assist parents with decisions about computer purchases. In general, most new or recently purchased laptops that students bring with them to the school will meet the basic requirements for network connectivity on the Florida Christian School’s wireless network, regardless of Operating System (Windows/PC Platform or Mac OS). 

These are the minimum recommendations for computers connecting to Florida Christian School’s network: 

  • Intel Core i5 Processor or AMD Ryzen5 
  • 8 GB RAM 
  • 256 GB SSD Storage 
  • 5G Wi-Fi (802.11ac) 
  • Windows 10 

Note: Students will NOT be allowed to use their Mobile Smart Device (cell phones) in the classrooms.
